Bunnamagoo Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz Merlot lot750 ml

Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet/Shiraz/Merlot was made using fruit grown on Paspaley vineyard Eurunderee near Mudgee, NSW. This unique triple blend exhibits greater density and power to the black fruit and dark chocolate characters with a mid palate freshness and without the heavy tannic weight of traditional Mudgee red blends. The wine is silky in texture with great persistence and finches with gentle vanillin oak characters. It will benefit from careful cellaring over the next 10 - 15 years.
