Taltarni Brut is a blend of the three classic sparkling wine varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Displaying a fine mousse and persistent bead, Taltarni Brut is a creamy, delicate and refreshing sparkling wine with a lifted bouquet of melon, citrus and nougat. Winemaker Notes Pale straw in colour with a fine mousse and persistent bead. Taltarni Brut is a creamy, delicate and refreshing sparkling wine with a lifted bouquet of lemon, honeydew and nougat. The time on yeast lees has given this wine a lovely, textured mid palate and a smooth lingering finish. Drinking beautifully now but has the cellaring potential of up to five years.
